I recently left a negative review after arriving at G and E motors to view a car, to be told the car was sold. Instantly, G and E motors replied saying they’d happily cover the travel costs. As soon as I emailed Earnest discussing his polite offer to pay travel costs, he transferred the money. This was great customer service and really appreciate this kind gesture, as I realise not all car dealers would offer this. Thanks again!

An engine fault light came on the car not long after purchase. I rung the garage, who told me to get the fault diagnosed at a local garage and let them know the outcome. We had the fault fixed, and claimed the money back from g&e motors through the 3 month warranty sold with the car. Good service, would recommend.

Rapt nice friendly men, car was in great condition and the 6 months warranty takes off any worry! Delivered the car for free (we were a hour and half away).
